Product Care Instructions

We want to help you keep them looking great for as long as possible! Whether it’s printed apparel, printed hats, or drinkwares, following the right care instructions can make a big difference in how your product wears over time.

Printed Apparel:

Out POD Partner use high-quality inks in DTG (for Youth Clothing) and DTF printing technology for vibrant, lasting prints.

To wash:

  • Machine-wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle
  • Use the recommended amount of detergent
  • Don’t use fabric softeners

To dry:

  • Tumble-dry on low or air-dry for longer-lasting results

To iron:

  • Use a cool iron inside-out
  • Never iron the print

Hats

The best way to clean your caps is by hand-washing them. Machine-washing can ruin the shape and damage the embroidery.

To wash:

  • Use a mild detergent (no bleach) in lukewarm water
  • Gently spot-clean with a damp cloth if needed
  • Avoid using brushes

*Proper care prevents fading, cracking, and shrinking.

Mugs

Microwave & dishwasher safe:

  • White Glossy Mugs
  • White Ceramic Mugs with Color Inside (Hand-washing keeps them in top shape!)

Tumblers:

  • Hand-wash only
  • Not dishwasher safe

What is the return policy?

Thank you for shopping with 76Outfitters. We want you to love your purchase! Since each item is made to order, we handle returns a bit differently than traditional stores.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damageddefective, or there was a mistake in fulfillment (such as the wrong item sent).

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

Can I change or cancel an order that is already submitted?

Yes, you can make changes to an order after submitting it—as long as it hasn’t entered the fulfillment stage yet.

When will I get my order?

We work with our Print-on-Demand partner to fulfill our orders. Please read below for our shipping details.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days to make your custom-ordered product for all production techniques. More than 50% of orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Please note that shipping is not included in the fulfillment time. To get an idea of how long an order will take to arrive, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.

Shipping Times (Estimated):

Estimated delivery time (EDT) is our delivery time prediction. We calculate EDT by adding the estimated fulfillment time to the estimated shipping time.

The estimated delivery time is only that—an estimate—and not a guarantee. Please wait a little longer if your EDT runs out. Contact us via email or chat after 5 business days, and we’ll look into it.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Note:

Some orders may take longer due to product availability or other factors. The good news is that we work with strategic suppliers and fulfillment partners around the globe, which helps us stay stocked and keep fulfillment times as short as possible.

How much does shipping cost?

Live shipping rates are calculated in real time based on the order’s size, weight, and destination to provide our customers with accurate shipping costs at checkout.

How does the Standard shipping rate with CO₂ offsetting work?

Our partner POD, is in collaboration with Native to give our customers the option to reduce the environmental impact of their orders.

Choosing our Standard shipping rate with CO₂ offsetting adds a small fee—around USD 0.09 per product (excluding taxes)—to each order. This supports projects that cut or capture carbon emissions, such as reforestation, renewable energy, and local sustainability efforts.

What happens if an ordered product is out of stock?

If any item in your order is out of stock at our suppliers, you’ll get a notice in your order confirmation email.

Wait for restock

  • You can wait until the item is available again, but we can’t guarantee how long that might take.

Cancel the order

  • Submit a change order request through email at support@76utfitters.com and receive a refund to your original payment method.
